Once the authorization is signed, you'll receive an email stating "order processing" and the screening process begins.

Once the check is complete, you will receive an email and be able to view results on the screening platform. It's that simple!

You will also receive email notifications when any updates or results are available. If you're a new customer, you'll receive an account setup form after you order and then receive credentials.

There will be a 3.9% credit card processing fee on cancelled orders after payment is made if order has not started processing.

No refunds will be given if applicant has signed the authorization form and order status is in "Processing".
