WHERE DO I SEND THE GA ALCOHOL DRIVER CERTIFICATION BACKGROUND CHECK ONCE IT'S COMPLETE
Submit to the employer(s) requesting certification and keep a copy for your records.
If you're getting the certification on your own to start your own delivery service, then keep the report to show to the alcohol retailers that you're partnering with.
REFUND POLICY
There will be a 3.9% credit card processing fee on all cancelled orders after payment is made and applicant has not signed the their electronic authorization form.
No refunds will be given if applicant has signed the authorization form and order status is in "Processing".
